I'm looking to insure a fun for the first time, whilst on many comparison websites after inputting the reg it came up saying it was a 3 seater which got me wondering what it does class as, after another awkwardly long conversation with an insurance company explaining that it's not a double cab but it has 4 seats it's started me wondering how many seats DOES it class as having...?

Any help on this matter would be muchly appreciated.

Regards Mark

When I got mine last year, my insurer, Primo plc added my Fun to the policy for just £10. They didn't specify whether that was an admin fee, but either way I was extremely happy. Maybe worth calling them as they were unphased by it. Primo are brokers and currently insure with Brit (sponsors of England cricket team). Neither Brit nor the previous insurer, Tradex, asked any further questions. They are also very sensible regarding mods like alloy wheels and winter tyres. Good luck.
