Engine man light cane on and it was sayin fuel temp seosor so ive chnaged it checked all the wireing and fault still there any ideas or anybody had same fault

What's the fault code?

Assuming not running any kind of tuning box/resistor mod

Did you buy a genuine sensor? Did it come with the fuel line and housing?

Have you cleared the fault codes after fitting?

Code was p0183 fuel temp sensor. i replaced it with a bosch sensor just the sensor that u unclip n slide new one in and cleared the code but all it does it come straight back on when u start the car and plug it back in. I drive car also to see if it would clear but nothing! No tuneing box etc bit confused
