I must have been lucky in the past, as I can't remember being there without drag racing going on.

But, as others have said, there's naff all to do if it is raining as it's a bit remote. It's definitely worth a weather watch the day before as if it's highly likely to be raining it'll be a waste of time and effort getting there and back tbh!

if we both get a few runs in first to get 'dialled in' and then we'll go for it. I would imagine you may make more power than me with an IHI and water/meth, but my torque curve 'might' be a bit flatter potentially.... either way it should be fun

i would be very suprised if it makes more torque than a 2.0L ko4 car tbh!! its not really a competition thing,just be good to see the old mk1 give a well sorted mk2 k04 a good run for its money! especially as they have similar? mods. i will need to get (not hone) some skills before of course.its all about the launch!!!

what you done to it then? sounds like a sleeper to me....or someone with "skills"!

The only skill you need it to open your bonnet afterwards, as it looks a million dollars..... nice eye kandy!

If I open my bonnet the only thing I'm likely to get asked is if I have problems pulling small animals out of my air filter
