Best Remap?

Featured Replies

How did you get 140bhp before the map or is that a typo??

The later Fabia VRS's with the BLT engine ran close to 150bhp out of the factory but were still quoted as 130, which was what the earlier ASZ engines made.

  • ive had an amd remap and i can honestly say i feel they looked after me and 211bhp and 306 lb ft torque speaks volumes ,The car is completely different and for me seeing it done was what it was all ab

nah i dont but could probably retro fit it myself!

No worries at all! If you know what you are doing I would go for it! Cruise is well worth going for if you haven't got it! Even just going through the speed camera zones!

Really want to do the cruise control!

Get her booked in! :D

I've just had the £150 remap from Awesome done on my A3 1.9TDI (8P) yesterday.

Its a very progressive map, quite smooth in the power delivery which I really like. Makes motorway driving a pleasure, on the hour and a 1/2 drive back it was very noticable how you don't need to change gear at much to achieve the same. Also got 52mpg driving there, and 58mpg driving back - Sheffield to manchester (m1 -> m62 -> m60) and considering driving back was with the remap I'm sure you can imagine I wasn't exactly driving normally ;) And no smoke! For the first time in 4-5 years of having a car with this engine not mapped I actually went out in it last night just for a drive about! Oh, probably the more important thing for me - no smoke!

Only downside is there's no rolling road of your car, so you don't know the numbers before and after. Personally how it drove for me was more important (even though I would liked to have known what it produced!)

Also, 30 day money back guarentee - You don't like the map, they will take it off your car and refund within the 30 days.

Good job Awesome!

Thanks for the great feed back! :D Keep me updated! if there is anything that we can do to help just let me know!

Awesome Mike

Would recommend Jabba Sport and Shark Performance. Used Jabba for the Octavia's in the past, but just used Shark for the Superb.

Would recommend the remap, but also upgrading the brake pads (Ferrodo DS2500) and the springs (Eibach - or coilovers(Bilstein)) - made a big difference for us.

Just had mine done today by r-tech. Wow what a difference it has made :)

Made 173bhp and 290 torque.
