Was pointed at the BRISKODA site by a colleague with a Skoda Octavia TDi and a big grin. Figured I'd drop by.

I'm currently looking to replace my existing car (an Alfa Romeo 156 1.8l TS), and the Octavia vRS is top of the pile... we'll have to see what the Autotrader fairy sends my way.

Yeah, I really like the 156 myself, I'm loathe to get rid of it... but it's simply not practical (the boot and boot opening are tiny, and the rear seats don't fold), and it doesn't quite have enough "edge" (145bhp - not bad for a 8+ year old design 1.8l normally-aspirated, but I want more...)

I was about to post a "wish list" kind of post to the "For Sale and Wanted" forum, but apparently I can't post there.

Is it because I'm a new joiner?
