New Alacantra Seat Option in vRS

Featured Replies

Hi,

Thinking of changing my '10 vRS Diesel for a petrol this time but looking in the new brochure there is a £100 option for Alacantra trim. Looking at the tiny photo in the brochure this looks as if it adds red stitching and changes the cream panel for a black one.

Anyone got this or have any photos of this?

Thanks

Tim.

There were lots of photos posted previously on this - have you tried a search?

Same here I have that option and it's worth every penny do a search as I put up pictures of mine, and there was a few others as well

I have it as well, its awesome, looks a quite classy but still has its 'sports' twist on nice seats, well worth the change, and I think its a no cost option now isnt it? They shouldnt be charging you for it....!

Although @rs939 am now concerned that I have the same interior as a Spurs fan, thats quite concerning as an Arsenal fan myself!!!!

its even nicer in the flesh, although does make the cabin a little dark, but I wish it was available when I was ordering my VRS!

If you get it then treat it to a stain guard coating such as GTechniq or 303. It is quite temperamental to clean but with a coating on it it just wipes with a damp cloth. Mine got coated with sand and sun-cream from the kids when it was just two weeks old but it cleaned up perfectly with a quick wipe.

I like the dark alcantara and the contrasting stitching - looks tidy

Make that 2 Spurs fans :)

It's not free, it's £83 on the vat free offer. Still a bargain, my current one has it and my new one is having it too...

Had it on my L&K for 4 years without anything on it and it still looks like brand new.

Looks like thats gonna be added to the list. Love the steering wheel and handbrake stitching. What's anyone paying for a basic petrol vRS these days? What's the deal to be had?

Strange when I ordered mine it was listed as a no cost option, shows on the invoice as free as well as the black alloys! Result for me then!

Yeah, I think we spoke about this at the time. That's how it showed on my invoice also, because they weren't loaded into skodas dealer system, so they just added the cost to the base car price. Although you may have just gotten some freebies...but I didn't :(
