might be better to put the car to sock and sell peforamce parts

otherwise ild say 6 or 7 K ish if you could get right buyer

Standard with those miles are still around £6k so I think with your spec £7k-£8k

Not a bad price range. Might stick it up for £7K see what interest I get. Cheers lads.

LOL

Just to inject a bit of realism. £8k - 2004, can you enlighten me where these are selling? You can have a late model SE for £6k upwards

Being realistic mine 2006 would be around £4k which is why Im not rushing to sell.

Especially as I've been the single owner from new and know despite the high miles that much of that has been cruising driving properly and warming the car up, guess that is why I haven't had a to change anything yet.

You could have standard 2006 model for sub £4k, of course its far from standard but then you are hoping that someone wants to buy the car with all the mods and effort you have put in, sadly most punters just after a car can't differentiate.

That is normally very difficult and most people strip off their modified bits, sell standard to return the most money back, that is what I would be doing. A car is never an investment

Unless it was possible to get someone interested in the whole car with its trick parts, but then I'd still be looking at a far more realistic valuation on a 9 year old car.

Just my blatant honesty - I wouldn't sell my car for £4k and then pay the same again to get a 2 year older (but well modified) car !

I was a bit shocked to see that price come up TBH. I do not have any std parts as they are all sold so putting it back to std is a no, no unless someone wanted to swap plus cash my way and in all honesty that is more of a chew on. If I was to sell I would advertise at £6K to see what interest I get.
