Hi all, had a Seat Leon 1.9TDi 110 but then decided it was time for a change. Tested an old (X I think) BMW 330i estate... yea it was fast but it felt SO heavy and above all it didn't feel "quick" (if that makes any sense?). So I took out a 2003 Octavia VRS estate and just had a huge grin on my face, I am now the proud owner of that VRS :). What a joy getting back to pertrol, the 1.8 20V Turbo is superb. I'm still coming to terms with how different the Leon and the Octavia feel considering that the basic platform is the same.

i love older BMW's but i Skoda's are such good value for money, you can't help but buy them - lol....

Welcome! you gotta love the sound of a decent BMW engine though.
