What does a small toy hanging from the back of the car mean?

Featured Replies

Probably a silly question, but I have go to ask.

That by copying everyone else with one you're being cool and unique. :|

Nothing other than people trying to be different/express themselves as far as I know.

Traffic light GP ready

That the driver of the car has a poor memory and can't remember where the towing eye is.

Or possibly they have a secret admiration of bin men.

I've seen a few down here, usually hanging from Saxo's or Corsa's, invariably being driven by idiots in a manner that contravenes most of the highway code. The rest are being driven by chavs

I believe it's some sort of code similar to the hanky code, or the bandana code, and flagging. It's a type of colour-coding system, employed usually among the gay male casual-sex seekers or BDSM practitioners. :wonder:

Is that like walking around tescos with a hand basket with a banana in it on a Tuesday night?

I thought it was JDM YO!! :S

Ye i always thaught it was just another conformation of saying hey im a chav

Maybe the stupidly loud exhaust on a 1.2 engine wasnt enough to let everyone know

What next

Well im thinking have you ever seen the hard man with tears tattood just under his eye the more tears the harder he is wel im thinking that the more asbos they get or section 59 they have the more tear vinals thel have on there car lol

ive seen a few smurf toys hanging from saxos and the like around here

think they are the Mcdonalds car park crew :)

it also means that you can walk around with your hands in your pants

Best one ive seen is a pg tips christmas monkey tie wrapped to a golf mk1 cabby grille. Guy driving looked a right plum.

Ive had the pleasure of meeting him -.-

Known as 'drift charms', they are often put onto the car to show that the driver is a tw@, can't actualy drift, and has a rather small appendage.

(and what a 600th post!)

I love the irony of them nearly always being on FWD drives in that case! Usually low powered ones too.

The tear tattoo under the eye often means they've killed someone. Or were gang raped in prison. Mock them in person, I dare you :D

Lol stop that. ????

Gee man often has some nonsense dangling from his rear towing eye.(if you don't know who Gee is check out his build thread in the octy section ) Every time he pops round for a cupper I instruct my seven year old son to remove said toy from Gee's car and do with it as he wishes. Gee has been round most weeks over the past year and my son has amassed quite a large collection of soft toys. 52 infact. Gee if you are reading this please feel free to pop over at the weekend for another cupper. Callum can't wait to complete his Smurf collection. Just the bearded papa one and the jobs a good un !

Down here the lads in their 1.2 Clios/Fiestas put them on following the notion that it adds an extra 64bhp to their engine output. It helps them take roundabouts at 60 with better stability and has the same effect as the "Star" pickup in Mario kart where they become invincible. I'm thinking of getting the same upgrade actually......

Ummm you've run over a pram?

or a replacement for a bumper sticker saying
my other car is a pram

or

i threw my toys out my pram and one stick on my bumper / @rs3

or

my kids won't stop crying in the car seat cos i nicked its toy

or

the idiot driving like a **** behind me is trying to get his toy i knicked back

:giggle: :giggle:
