Sorry Rob, I was only talking about GTIs.

Can't remember if the Mark2 came with the 1.6 but it would have made sense. I think may be the GTI look a like, Driver model, did although I have a feeling it was a 1.3.

Yeah, I was talking GTIs too...don't really know all that much about their history though, before my time... ;)

Superchips do a suitable tuning chip - they quote an increase of about 8bhp.
