2006 pd 105 1.9tdi done 105000kms on starting black colour smoke comes from exhausts for a few seconds (max 3 ). After that no sign of smoke while driving. Only on starting.Wht could be wrong?

A bit of black smoke is normal on start-up of the PD engines.

Yes, perfectly normal, I'd expect any 6 year old / non-DPF / 65,000 mile diesel to smoke a little on start-up.
