my car on ebay

Featured Replies

Hi all, i have a car for sale on ebay which ends tonight, the person with the highest bid currently has bad negative feed back about buying cars but not turningup with the money or communicating with seller at all. Should i leave it till the end or delete his bid or contact him? Not quite sure

Dan

Personally he sounds like a bit of a joker, i'd delete his bid and block him.

Done...didn't take much convincing did I?!!

Good luck selling your car. I have bought and sold a couple cars on ebay. The biggest problem is that buyers think that they have to get a bargain as its on ebay. They never like paying market value. Some of the offers i had last time i was selling were a joke, but then the 2nd hand car market is as dead as disco at the moment, not sure why that is other than being in a general recession but even then people often change cars because they need to rather than because they want to. Selling your car is not fun to do at the moment but hopefully you will get a good price. Are you getting something else to replace it?

Already bought a fabia vrs from a member on here. My car was just a 97 toyota avensis, needed many little things doing to it and wasn't cosmeticaly pleasing me. Sold as a runner for work or spares. Sold for 350 in the end, which, as i was going to take it to the scrap yard, they offered 180-200 for it, i am happy enough with
