As the topic says has anyone converted the rear drums to disc?

if so what was involved? (looking at getting the rear hub assembly from a VRS?)

I know some of you may ask what's the point but I like the look of disc much more than drums,

any advice would be appreciated

I'm sure it's possible to change but may cost a few bob, I think you can get a plastic disc with a picture of the disc and brake on it which would look the part
