Annoying info

Ok apology accepted. I am sensitive soul!

You will find on here the same mix of people that you meet in real life, in fact most of us are real people.

Some will help without any complaint even though the subject may have been covered many times before, others may result to sarcastic / caustic / rude comments.

You will soon know how to treat each individual, if someone who has never been rude or abrasive in the past then gets like that with you then you will know you have done something wrong.

Otherwise - large pinches of salt are the best approach..

And check the smillies!!

The manual is quite a difficult one to master-I know I am capable of doing so but haven't. I find the way it is organised and written is less clear than I'd like.

One problem with a forum such as this is two different people can read the same thing and reach two completely different conclusions. In real life you can hear the tone of voice and tell if any offence is meant, but on here it is very easy to be mistaken and things can sometime escalate unecessarily. It is very dificult to get a dry sense of humour across in print. :coffee:

Would be better if the humerous remarks were toned down generally on this forum (not just this thread)

as some are a bit sexist, smutty and plainly vulgar and not that funny ....but everyone to his own I suppose.but it does get a bit wearysome at times.

The main thing about this forum is its ability to spread an enormous wealth of members knowledge

about the Yeti and I am thankful for that.

Probably get some flack for the comments.

We all have a point of view and also getting off topic.....apologies for that.

Keep all the humour and let the readers apply their own filters.
