My recirculation button goes off when I have the fans on full after a minute or so. But when they are on 1,2 or 3 it's fine. Any ideas what it could be?

its not a fault, I believe thats by design and they all do it. Recirc should only be used for a very short time to avoid the car misting up and becoming full of stale damp air. Running the fan on full in recirc dramatically increases the risk of the screen misting up so it cancels itself.
