is 57.1 the offset? if so would a greater number mean further out or in from the arch. as you can see im crap when it comes to this

they are a 6.5j? i think, is that of any use????

Ive found older toyotas to be 54.1mm from a lil nose mate :(

Yep 57.1cm bud

That'll be 57.1 mm then.....imagine wheels with a centre bore of over half a metre

57.1mm is the hub size. Larger than that and you risk having uncentered wheels and obviously loose.. Smaller than that and you have to mill it out or lathe it out slightly to get it to fit on your hub.

Offset is the amount that it protrudes from the hub. So if it's less, then it goes further into the wheel arch (and subsequently closer to the strut).

The J measurement is in inches of how wide the wheel is. Obviously wider means that it is likely to sit further in your arches unless the offset is larger (or you have spacers), and you'll need wider rubber on them (or stretch).

And you know pcd already. ;)

Hmmm ? H&R do adaptors and list pcd as 114.3 and hub 60.1

So must be various toyata rims :(

I'll keep nosing bud but seems im becoming a useless jellyfish

Sorry bud, but i'll keep a nose in google

Ha ha yeah thats what i mean mm :D

Slip of the thumb
