few niggles in my vrs se

Featured Replies

Hi I was just wondering if any can help or had similar issues. Picked up my fabia yesterday and realised the rear wiper doesn't work (I've tried fiddling with the wires) and also the seat height adjuster won't work. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

Rear wiper is fuse 15 (i think) so that might be worth a look, as for your seat It may well be the wire has come off one of the ratchet spawls

Thanks for the quick reply. Do you know if there's some sort of guide Gordon the seat? I'm not brilliant with tools but I don't mind having a go haha!

Maybe a daft question but being new to the fabia maybe not. Can anyone tell me where the fuses are located? (I haven't even looked myself)

Open the drivers front door to reveal the right hand side panel of the dash. You can pop it off easily.

This site is most useful!

More likely the motor is up the spout. Mine broke and I just used it as a chance to go down the de-wipered look.

Check fuse 32 first though as easy enough to do.

Cheers for the help! I'll have a look and hopefully it's just a fuse. If not I'm hoping it's covered by my warranty!

Rear wiper motors can be had for pennies at a scrap yard mate, a doddle to fit too if its not covered!

I've had a bad run of them actually....

My first fiesta I bought it and Ye wiper motor went a day later!

My focus the wiper motor was dead when I bought it!

My second fiesta the wiper motor was dead when I bought it!

Luckily having much better luck with the Fabia :D
