Sorry if there is a thread out there would like fresh info is there a good place to get my Fabia tuned.

I have a map from SEDOX Performance which pulls well and i think smokes a bit too much but i cannot get in touch with them to get my map changed for a 4 bar sensor.

Is there anywhere people would recommend as i want the best map for my car now as i have decided to stop putting money into my car and now want the most and best i can.

Currently:

MD376 Stage 2 Hybrid

PD160 Trumpet + Smoothed Box

BMC Panel Filter

Ported + Flowed Head (CNC Heads Exchange)

Bosio Race 783 Injector Nozzles

Seat Sport Intercooler + Hard Pipework

Breather To Atmosphere

Miltek Turbo Back Exhaust Hi-Flow Cat + Rear Silencer Removed

Allard Egr Delete

Sachs Clutch and Duel Mass Flywheel Rated To 405lb

Nice spec. Out of interest what sort of boost you planning on running?

Any decent mapper should be able to adjust the map for the 4 bar sensor. I'd be more concerned about their skill with the injectors.

I think thats the problem i am currently running 1.9 bar but in 4th 5th 6th when going over 4000rpm the power cuts due to going over 41 psi pressure. currently running this map by SEDOX Performance feels good but like you say allot of people dont know much about tuning with them injectors.

Very true, injector calibration and diagnostic limitations so you can actually see whats going on. I'd like to see what timing changes have been made too if any, as most UK tuners don't touch timing from my experience.

Try John at big fish tuning. He's only at Stokesley so not far for you.

41psi is 2.8bar ouch.

My guess is the map isn't taking into account the increased flow rate which is causing too much pressure on the turbine which results is more boost.

A decent map will solve your issues without needing a 4bar sensor.
