1.2 6v 3 cyl engine AWY code burns oil good for a head rebuild earner for someone

89k polo AWY engine 1.2 6v 3 cylinder. removed from my polo 2 weeks ago, still runs, but cyl 3 is burning oil, looks like the inlet valve stem seal now the manifolds are off. was also leaking from the gasket between the oil filter and block. i didnt want the hasstle of stripping the engine, sending away the head for a refurb, getting the timing tools etc etc, so i just fitted a replacement engine instead (£500 alone) this is an ideal unit if you fancy a spare to build up if yours is burning oil, quite common on these. wont have the sensors on it

£130 for it, can pallet it for £60 quite a light engine, i managed the swap without a hoist just lifting the old one out.

collection would be better, near cardiff
