Very nice and looking forward to pics. A friend bought a similar vintage 540i recently which had the Comms package and his only complaint was that the TV needed a conversion kit now that the country has switched off the analogue transmitters. Not a huge problem if you're always driving when you're in the car though

He hasn't bought a conversion kit as he says the best price he's seen on ebay is 500-600 quid and he's suggested that sort of money would be better put in the fuel tank than letting his passengers watch the TV

Nice! Cracking engine. I'm sure you will enjoy it.

No doubt it will have others toys such as xenons, climate control, cruise control etc etc.

Not only pictures do we need but a video with the volume turned up to hear that lovely engine.

Ah right. Yeh it will likely have the projector lenses so a set of 4300k's will look very OEM in there.

My car also doesn't have xenons but has projectors and headlamp washers so with a set of HIDs in there you would be hard pressed to tell it doesn't have factory xenons really.

Love the colour too. Just googled it and it looks very classy.

They're definitely one of the better looking big barges (and BMW's best looking 7 series). Should have gone for a silver one then you could have drive round multi-storey carparks like Bond (Tomorrow Never Dies)!

But then I would have needed a 750iL to look like bond. And remote control mmmm

All going to plan I will be picking up the new car next Saturday
