Led Angel Eyes (BLACK)

Featured Replies

Saw the headlights below and thought I'd post - hope this is not a double post.

Unfortunately they are not suitable for EU roads (apparently) but anyways here they are. :wall:

Superskoda is soon going to be selling their version of black headlights but what is puzzling is how come Skoda doesn't offer them in black? They would really suit the car, maybe RS versions?

First time I post something in the Octavia section :hi:

I do rather like those........but I'd better not buy anything else for the car just yet.

Look smart in those pictures, suit the car.

Something similar for the pre-FL

A little bit of sick just came up watching that last vid.

Only looked at pre FL vid that was bad enough.

normal headlight in black would be a win IMO

Sorry ,but they mix two styles and don't think it quite works. I'm one for something different from the norm , but not these , it's like the worse bits from bmw and audi. The leds looks cheap , the spacing is too big between them and the halos are round , too copied. Nah !

Would look better without the horrid running lights at the bottom of them i think, the angel eyes aint to bad.

I agree that the running lights look naff. Also, from the first video, there seems to be a black strip at the top with light leaking through above it, which looks terrible. Might be the video, or coz I'm viewing on iPhone after eight pints of fizzy stuff, but makes them look cheap/bodged to me!

Also whilst I dislike tacky DRLs (and generally work on the principle of the bigger they are, the tackier they are) I think it would look 'better' if the running lights operated arms DRLs with lights off and shut down when headlights are on - not sure if these do that or not from the vid.......
