Featured Replies

hi guys ive just bought a set of mk4 golf alloys 5x100 pcd for my 2002 fabia estate and was wondering if i need to change the bolts from my steel wheels to be able to use my new golf wheels thanks.

Wheel bolts are the same, regardless of steel or alloy wheels.

I have always been told different :S im sure they are different

Sorry done abit of searching and vag cars are the same either way. Some makes of cars use collard bolts on alloy to stop wear.

as Manny siad, they're the same, otherwise they'd have to include a set of spare bolts to accommodate the spare steel wheel :)

What size + tyre size because if the wheels + tyres were on a mk4 golf u will need to get lower profile tyres for the fabia ;)

they are 175/80/14 they seem fine tbh when i had them on the car i could go to full lock wihtout any scrapes

They will look huuuuge lol...

The correct size fot 14s on a fabia is 185/60r14

Will be like monster truck :D

Mind your speedo! you'll probably be reading a decent percentage under what you are actually doing with such a big profile increase.
