Yes indeed! Just before trading in for our Octavia last week I gave the Fabia a final wash. I noticed - with considerable interest - that a plant had taken root at the bottom of the front pasenger door / pillar.

Have a look at the photo - has anyone else experienced any plants taking root in a Skoda?

Apart from bits of grass flying against the front of the car enjoying a free lift, not so far

I know someone else had a mouse take residence, but thats the first plant life I've seen growing in a Fabia... Even my wreckage wac clean of plant life after sitting for 18 months in a field...

Thread moved on the grounds that this is arguably not a technical problem affecting the Fabia, nor is it necessarily unique to that model. That said, a possible cure is to use a small measure of garden weedkiller with the car shampoo when washing the car. HTH.
