Update on this, indeed it fits John. Thanxs for the input and if I may suggest if you are trying to find a intake for your gauge just get yourself a Forge one.

its basically engineered for this and it works fine.

Forget about cheap copies like X-parts stuff as they are a bad fit. Response from their support is that one needs to cut off pieces off your intake until it fits.....so who wants to do that?

BTW, getting a Boost gauge fitting kit means you are open to upgrades like a DV relocating kit upgrade. I was tired of having sand and snow going in my blowoff adaptor. Basically it sucks going underneath the car instead of easily accessing it from the top.

Looking for a good tunning firm try BSR

Can also confirm this fits with what appears to be minor modification. I bought this part at Awesome yesterday and test fitted it to an Octavia. Happy days!

Does anyone know if the top half of a mk5 Golf GTI steering shroud (the plastic part behind the steering wheel) is a straight fit on a mk2 Octavia steering wheel column? If it is I think that swapping to a mk5 Golf version is all that's needed to make it fit perfectly.
