Steering problem - vagcom measuring blocks

Featured Replies

Folks

Just wanted clarification on something.

I've had steering issues and think its the steering angle sensor. When I use vagcom and look at the measuring blocks when I turning the wheel should I get a reading for angular velocity and if so what should it be?

Currently when I turn the wheel it just stays at 0.0/s. the amps increase though which to me shows that the pump is drawing current.

Thanks again

Bumpety bump. :-)

The reading should change according to how fast you turn the wheel, if you turn it steadily 1/4 of a turn in one second then it should read 90 deg/second.
