Foam Lance - servicing?

Featured Replies

Has anyone found the need to `service` (take it to bits) a PA Foam Lance.

I've had mine for 6 months and used it 5 or 6 times. I always run fresh water through it when the foam has gone...so, I'm wondering whether or not I should `service` it. I'm not too good at this sort of thing...so I'm hoping not!

Many Thanks.

Mike.

very unlikely, ive had mine over 5 years and only today serviced it as it wasn't flowing properly.

Likewise - never had to service the foam lance. Only issue i had was the plastic bottle failing.

Perhaps due to storage in the garage and cold weather the bottle neck cracked/failed.

Otherwise they do seem bullet proof for the most part!

Thanks for that. I can relax now!

Regards.

Mike.

No servicing here and the only time I have had to 'maintain' it is when it got a little clogged up, running boiling hot water through it seemed to resolve that problem..........:)
