First post on this!!

Just picked up my new vrs from the dealer last week,

It has the bolero radio system, when in the phone section of the radio the surnames appear before the first names,

how does one change this feature?? any ideas??

I believe you need to do that on the phone. The phone book is a copy.

If you do a search you should find something about this on the forum. If I remember correctly I don't think you can change this setting on a Bolero ( even if you change it on the phone). It's one of those annoying little quirks

The setting is altered using the Maxidot phone menu, assuming you have Maxidot that is. One of the options shows Surname, Firstname or Firstname, Surname. Not sure where that option is on the Octavia, but it is definitely present on the Superb which uses the same module.

dont think i Have the maxidot in my model!!looks like i'll have to struggle on with it!!
