Ibiza Cupra 160 TDi - Any good?

I'm also considering replacing my Furby with a Leon FR 150, there are great deals to be had as the new one is out this autumn. It's not a bad looking car either:

Saw one when I was filling up with fuel one day... Looked very nice. All I can say as he took off whilst I was paying so couldn't go for a little play. :(

Hell - A diesel with 160 horses as stock.... Gotta be good.

It seems pretty quick ;)

Its actually only 150 bhp. I had a race with one in the Furby when I had it, and he could not get past. They do look good though, but I'd rather have a 1.8T model, they are seriously quick, one of those things left me standing in the Furby.

Edit: Hold on... the title says Ibiza Cupra, and the thread is about a Leon FR

Edit 2: I probably should not post after Stella and Mary Jane, but I see now lol...

The Cupra PD160 stock is said to be about as fast as a remapped vRS, as its lighter and got almost as much power as a remapped vRS. It also has an FMIC, uprated brakes and suspension (curiously its softer sprung than the FR). One of the car mags timed it at 6.8 seconds to 60, very quick.

Paul - your drunkeness sometimes cracks me up.

edit1..... edit2..... :dtp: edit 678....
