Yeah funds only allowed for springs

Has it lowered the ride height at all?

Around 30mm so a little bit which suits my purposes

I think next time my rear spring breaks (changed 2 now), Ill be buying some with new shocks. Or H&R? :)

Yeah hr were my alternative I was advised to go eibach much to the disgust of people here ...................

Euro carparts do hr quite reasonably priced

The debate was weather eibach are actually listed for a VRS but even if they aren't they work beautifully

Cool, and ride quality seems ok over the rough stuff (saying that the suspension is quite harsh at std on the vrs)

That's the thing, people can give you advice based on there experience but in the end it's up to you.glad your happy :)

Yeah seems silly but I deliberately drive through some big holes just to check and I'd say its a nicer ride

Indeed :-)

Eibach springs fitted!!!!

Got to say well chuffed the general ride is spot on and it seems to handle bumps better around town

When you get a trot on the body roll is greatly reduced to the point where the traction controll is far less invasive even in wet!

Even if these aren't officially listed for the vrs they work bloody well, and I would say they are a good budget option IMO

Good news, glad it worked out for you.

bet your shocks love you for that

Can't imagine they do but only realistic way to see the difference

So do you just think its like a 10mm drop or is it noticable?

Ive had sportlines on previous cars and was really happy with them!

Prob 20-30 mm drop noticeable bust subtle ill put a pic on when its daylight

I thought vRS was already 30mm lower stock.

I have similar problem that front spring has gone and dont want to go coilovers.

Are HR etc slightly lower ride compared top stock vRS?

Well the eibachs are slightly lower than standard and h&r I think you can buy different drops

I had eibachs matched with bilstien B6's on my signum and they were quality.

Sent from my phone, using my thumb.

I think the issue was that eibach may not list a spring for the vrs but what ever is on there work well

The VRS is approx 25mm lower than a none VRS but if you buy a spring for the VRS that is 30 lower then that would be 55mm lower than a none VRS.

If the OP see's 30mm then that stack's.

You can only buy H&R in one drop for VRS and that is 20mm But when on car realistically it is only around 15mm so suits a lot of folks if they want near std ride height for the VRS
