Anyone know the best way to compress these clips to get them back on lol.

I use a big pair of these.

or you could just buy some big jubilee clips.

As above, a plumbers pliers set or ive in the past managed to use molegrips and also managed to get the 2 tabs close enough to use a cable tie.

Just put a k&n panel in and thought it would be easier to disconnect the pipe from the Airbox because the strut brace was in the way.

I've cable tied it on for now lol.

Think I might have something similar to the top link in the shed but I won't hold my breath as it was broken into a few weeks ago and most of my tools went missing.

I have used cable ties in the past to hold the ends compressed together - it is a pain though - machine mart got me a tool that looks like a pair of long nose pliers with grooves in - ideal for these clips -

i meant, you can stretch the clip out and get a cable tie on the 2 tabs to hold it open and by tightening the cable tie itll open the clip more... lol

i used mole grips on mine the other day they are quite strong lol

Yea I done it now. Luckily my grips were one of the only things the robber(s) left behind.

They did get my £400 mountain bike though :-/
