Could be the pipe has either come away from the joint or the joint is broken.

One of two things - either the pipe has come loose at the bottle (which should be in the nearside (left) wheelarch behind the front bumper and beneath the liner, or the joint at the rear bulkhead in the engne compartment (at the back under teh ECU) has come loose - both probably due to the freezing weather we've had and both a pretty easy fix.
