my front mount intercooler install

Featured Replies

After reading about the stainless heat soaking it looks like I'm going to have to pay up for the DS hard pipe kit.

if there cheap enough im sure the heat soak wont be that bad as i know a certain scooby runnin ss pipes and its close to 700bhp so not that much of a problem

and ive seen darksides ive also seen there prices lol still stupid money for some pipe imho cant justify spending that for a bit ally pipe

I prefer stainless tbh!

Ally is crap, pitts and wears through in no time if it even chaffs on the slightest thing

Advice taken guys, just wish that I'd booked my exhaust for today and not next Thursday. Now I have to wait a week to sort it all out :(

Nothing wrong with stainles pipes there is 2 brackets welded along both pipes these dont touch anything and its the standard top hose cut because i am unsure on what hose to get as i have the blt engine and standard hose goes inside the asv the egr delete does not replace this as for pipework to turbo it conects to the straight standard pipe until i get another silicone hose . As for the cooler it fits perfect for the bumper and there is no need for anything bigger turbos are tiny and it lags a tad with this.granted i hauje to map it again

Also the reason for the brackets is the pipework was close to the altenator

IF PRICES ARE GOOD ILL TAKE A SET BUDDY
