Venom Motorsport and Parcel Force

Featured Replies

Hi all.

Was wondering if anyone else on here had had any dealings with Venom motorsport?

I've just bought a set of JOM Blueline Coilovers from them.

Coilovers look good but haven't had a chance 2 fit them yet.

Not overly impressed with either Venom or Parcel force though... When my coileys arrived yesterday the box was open with 3 coileys in individual boxes and the other 1 not. All the boxes were damaged and i'd already had to chase them up via email and phone to find out when they were actually going to arrive eventhough they said on my recipt that i could just email back from an exact delivery date.

i bought some jom ones for my vr6 vento years ago had no problems at all

also bought some top mount reducers to lower the front delivery on them were a week but i wasnt home anyway but im sure a phone call will give you a better result :)

bought an exhaust system sunday, let you know when it turns up

I bought coilovers for my old car from venom and had no problems at all.

I think venom, like alot of companies, just act as a middle man. They take your order and then give it to the factory.

So venom don't have much control over the delivery as it normally comes straight from the factory. :)

Yeah that's what I thought but when I phoned them the other day they said my order had been with them the day before and that it would be with me the next day. Coileys look good, just not impressed with packaging and customer service

packaging doesnt lower the car mate coileys do lol so all well and good if there sound

glad there intact im sure it would of been a genuine mistake as there doesnt seem to be very much bad press about venom

i hope you found the 4th coily that wasnt boxed otherwise youll need to find a reliant robin owner that wants his car lowering LOL

i bought my coilovers from venom but i went to pick them up, the next day i went and picked up some drop links off them, a month after fitting, my drop links were knackered and trying to get them to send a pair under warranty was a nightmare. They kept saying they have not had a delivery and were out of stock for 3 b*****d months!! In the end i just got my money back on the drop links but i would buy off them again :)

Venom's customer service is custard

I got some coils

Again drop links were bust in no time...

No warranty!

Crap company to buy from
