Thought I'd have a go at building a forged engine for my kitcar, so I can hopefully hold my own when a certain essex wide boy gets mobile in his little runabout anyhow the fruits of a couple of weeks work below:

Still a bit of a way to go, cambelt idle/tensioner wheels water pump sump baffle plate water pipes cambelt cover panels, exhaust/inlet manifolds etc. Internals and heads are good for 500bhp and over 8000 revs. I'll be running it at 350bhp using a VF48 Turbo, otherwise the gearbox turns to jelly.

A couple more bits added, lightened flywheel, ARP flywheel bolts, up rated oil pump, billet cambelt guide and light weight pulley.
