hi guys. my fl octy vrs in red is going for a alloy refurb n spray to glossy blak and the body is gonna get blk and white gloss vinyl wrapping. ill put before and after pics on. im also gonna tint it and get the headlights and rear lights covered in light smoke tint. wish me luck lol

I dont get no share link. Im usually pretty good with these app things etc but this Flickr and photobucket thing is headache.

You can't get a share link off the flickr app if you are using your phone. You need to open a browser window and go to flickr.com's full version of the website. There is then an option in share to copy the bbcode to paste images onto a forum, like so.

Can you share your experiences of Speedy's Wheels? I was considering having a set of wheels done by them but after talking to them and understanding their prices (the price I was quoted was for wheel faces only), I went somewhere else.

I used to have a car hire company amd always used them.for new.or.part worn tyres. We always got good prices. Never had aprob with the owner or his staff. And they have around 8 premises around brum leics notts and derby so are not cowboys. My wheels are being done all over not just on fascia andwhe has sorted me a crackin price out of 160 for all four refurbed and in gloss blk.

That is a very good price for all four, can I have a look at yours when they're done as I'd have a set done there for that money

Yeah course. Even at their place they have samples on the wall of various wheels in a variety of finishes

Honestly? Yes! Needs lowering and the wheels black.

I'd just cringe whenever you opened the boot/bonnet and theres still a load of red. Have all the door shuts etc been done too? Don't understand wrapping a car in a standard colour - why not just buy a white one?

those wheels are just the loan wheels lol. the proper ones will be on tmoz. they have been refurbed and sprayed glossy black.

i couldnt afford a white one as there wasnt one available at the price i got the red one for...plus this had dsg too so gettin a white in a fl wasnt an option. sayin that ur just like my mate he is goin on about the red door shuts etc but it wont really bother me to be honest. and the pricei was gettin quoted for door shuts was pushin it up to £1300 + and again i didnt have nor wanted to spend that much on the wrap,tints and wheels. i think once wheels are on and i have got some proper pics it will look the mutts nuts...shud be a exciting day tmoz..now to save upfor the shark dsg remap and stage one which is not cheap lol
