Hey guys.

My temp light started flashing along with 3 beeps this morning. not the first time it did it either but it only does it when its a cold morning/night. I've replaced the whole system and its all at the correct level so could it be a sensor on the fan or just a typical temp sensor problem?

Just wanted to know if it was a common thing to replace.

Common problem on these mate (one of the many!!).

You need to replace the coolant header tank, as it has a built in sensor which can't be changed independently. Cheap enough to do - about £25 or so....

I've had this light come up and if the above doesn't work, check the bunch of wires underneath the vacume box as there's a screw which can sever these wires and cause the warning light.

What do you mean by 'replaced the whole system'

It will most likely be the coolant bottle as said above.
