I need to buy a coolant sensor & seal. I found this

Who do people use for parts? Links please if poss.

Also, what coolant would people recommend as I am bound to need some.

Maybe worth contacting a dealer direct to see what price they quote and try and obtain a part number and search on eBay.

Also try GSF & ECP and possibly a few other spares suppliers.

It will give a better idea on pricing.

If you have the new sensor unpacked and ready to fit as soon as the old one's out, you should only lose teaspoonsful of coolant anyway.

If you want to be safe, buy a litre of VAG spec G12++.

CTS is usually about £25 from any VAG main dealer or TPS ( Trade Part Specialists).

Use VAG G12 coolant only.

I have replaced these off ebay multiple times (no not on the same car!) and they have worked fine on Skoda and Audi.
