Anna alloys at what seem a bargin price

Featured Replies

Is £7 off really a good offer? (Not being sarcastic btw - I guess they are never reduced by any amount?)

You do realise that the cost is per wheel don't you?! :giggle:

Actually TP, the cost per wheelis normally much higher ie £215 each from a quick look so that is a good deal - thanks for the heads up :-)

Of more interest to me is this.....http://www.theskodashop.co.uk/product/Rear_Headrest_-_Boot_Gap_Cover_-_Yeti_09_%3E_DMK630001

Thanks Tim for sending me to this site

Might be of interest to someone if the price quoted is not an error;

Whilst not my favourite OE alloy wheel design for the Yeti I figured they would be worth a punt for a summer set (Spitzbergs will stay wrapped in the new Nokian winter rubber). Thanks again for the link. :)

Just ordered some-good value and I will shortly have 4x16" alloys with the narrower fitment Conti winter contacts for sale to someone ..tyres all in good order with plenty of life in them.

Anyone interested please get in touch and I will get tread depth and any other details.

Alloys are ex-Seat Altea.

Don't bother with these. I used them all of two weeks. They make one hell of a racket believe me and with the outer seats slid forward there is still a HUGE gap between the backrests that this of course does not close up. And you need to unclip them every single time you want to tip the seats forward.

Thanks for your advice. My main reason for thinking of this was to protect the armrests from anything in the boot. I think I will make my own carpet shield

Nope that is not what these things do. They cover the gap between the seat backs and the parcel shelf when you move the outer seats forward. They don't go anywhere near the back of the centre seat.

Very confusing....the large picture is a cover as you describe....the headline picture seems to be what I want.....but I take it from you its not

Again many thanks

A few of us have hunted for a cover to go over the backs of the rear seats and fill the "gap" when you drop the centre seat, for more than 3 years, but have so-far failed. At least one member has made their own. I've just found a nice big sheet of black vinyl and shall be making something suitable.

(Wonderful what you find in the back of the shed when you move!)

It is a confusing photo on the skoda shop site as it's taken from above - had me fooled at first as well.

Today is my last full day on Mrs 33Q's upstairs refurbishment project. It's been 3 months!

She has a friend coming to stay in the next week so hopefully I can escape to the garage to have a go at making one and also finish my lower grille cover.
