Erm... your vRS already has a dump valve in it! I presume you'll be looking for the "loud" kind ?

If your Vrs is standard then it will have a 're-circulating' valve. Atmospheric valves (like what scoobys/evos have) do not work too well with the 1.8T. If your after the 'whoosh...pppttiiishhh' sound then get an ABD or Carbonio lan pipe fitted and an uprated re-circ valve (forge etc).
