Carbon wing mirrors

Featured Replies

Has anyone bought the carbon wing mirror covers and are they worth it. I quite like the look of them and think they might add a small but nice detail to the car but just can't decide if they are worth the money

Help please lol!

I would just buy some carbon wrap and do it yourself with a hair dryer and a steady hand. I done my interior a couple of years ago and it came out really well!

I might try this and see how it turns out and I suppose if I don't like the carbon after all I can remove it again! Cheers for advice

No worries! you can always lacquer it as well to give a more realistic effect but I liked the matte look. Exactly, just warm it back up when you want it off the car and peel it off.

No evidence after. I got some off eBay. 3M was the brand I think.

Just took the dive and ordered it off eBay so will give it ago and hopefully not mess it up too much
