When out in the car today I noticed that the MFD was stuck on MFD and I couldn't swap between the options-phone,navigation,etc by pushing the little wheel

am I missing something obvious?- or do I have a fault.

Are you pressing the back arrow button to bring up the list of MFD, nav, phone, etc.? Clicking the wheel only has functions in certain modes (like if you're in the phone section).

Other than that, I believe the ignition has to be in position 2.

Map updates and firmware can disable the voice control when clicking the left hand scroll wheel, but I've not heard of it causing issues to the right wheel.

I'm sure others might have a few more options, but do I know of at least one other forum member that's had a scroll wheel replaced.
