Try PixelPeeper for example shots.

They look to be bloody good images! Coupled with a 550D I hope I am able to reproduce things half as good.....

Im torn though.... Either a Canon EF 70-200 L f4 or for £300.00 or this 85mm fixie for £170 :/

Must admit my 70-200 2.8 L IS is the best money I've spent on my gear ever. So I may be biased but I love the 70-200.

Worth getting a nifty fifty circa 60-70 quid and see how you go, might not need the extra reach/quality that the 85 will give you?

That's another option, I can get a 50mm f1.8 for £50.00 :/
