Hadn't actually seen a late one, badges look nice and the wheel as well!

Out of curiosity ( :giggle: ), are they a direct fit in case of replacing the old ones?

Personally after the last thread on them, i thought they looked gash and over big & obvious, especially as wheel centres,

very Vauxhall-ish.

Those pictures just make me think that even more.

Need to see them in the flesh to form a definitive opinion.

Lol, now that you mention it, there is a slight resemblance to Vauxhall. But then the rest of the world outside the UK probably doesn't have a clue about it...

Actually i do not have a clue when i look at the new Vauxhall badge.

Hope when i get a new mk3 vRS, the old badge Skoda badges will be a direct fit.

I prefer the new badges,I've already got the new wheel centres and will get round to fitting the front and rear ones in due course,

Why?....because my car is white with black wheels/roof and the black and silver badges match in very nicely.

The green on the old style badge clashed with the other colours IMO.

Are you trying to tell me something...?? lol

Wow at £18392.89 that's if my calculation is correct ?

It's a vauxhall....honest

New badges rock, end of story for me. The previous design now looks fussy, noisy and old fashioned (in a negative way). And one thing that people don't realize is that the current badge is far more original than the previous since it was the first winged version since 1926. That is heritage.

dont like the steering wheel with the chrome pieces

I like the new badges but not sure they work so well on cars which haven't yet been facelifted as they don't fit into the overall design so well.

I do however love the new steering wheel.

I like the new wheel too! Makes it look a little more upmarket. Something that the MK1 Fabia always had with its chrome bits here and there... :)

I think it's good they all have the new badges though. And the new Vxl badges have it written in the emblem anyway.

A friends kid said my car was a green turkey car...and that my friends car was the dragon car! hmm...I do remember when I was younger the Peugeot emblem also confused me to think it was a Vauxhall with the animals

Hehe, I think the 'winged arrow' sounds better than the 'green turkey'

See what you mean about the badges being the same across the range but still feel they fit better on cars with the new design language.

So looking at the pictures you will soon be able to get badges that fit the tailgate/wheels so you wont have to get the citygo ones hope so ;)
