Thanks Jon TDI,

Any tips/probs fitting it, mine's on order.

Also how much was your funky set of luggage nets for the boot.

Would be handy to keep all my "mown down in cold blood" chav's trainers until I get them on ebay.

Historic picture that: my car before the wood trim went on!

The vertical plate that the cupholder replaces is in two parts, clipped together. If you can seperate the parts it will make removal easier.

If you have heated seats, the passenger seat heater control has to be eased out to get access to the top screw.

The bottom screw is accessible once the aircon panel is (gently) removed.

Fitting is straightforward but ensure it flips out properly before tightening everything up

Thanks mate. Thinking of getting the silver trim on my dash, like your wood but silver? Was that easy enough to fit or would you recommend that a competent person did it?

Did it myself. Easy to fit, and it helps a lot if it's a warm day - the adhesive is stickier and the trim more pliable. Adhesive develops full strength in 24 hours. Use the (supplied) alcohol cleaner in the dash to ensure good gripping.

Oh, and obviously fit things like the cupholder, tray, extra switches etc first!

... and if you don't have heated seats the switch blank still needs to be eased out...

I don't have seated seats, but don't tell anyone. I couldn't wait 10 weeks for delivery.
