The only difference between the kit you posted and mine is the make of the clutch sachs and valeo, the bolts and flywheel are exactly the same

its a well made copy of the g60 flywheel i couldent see any floors it was well balanced and makes no unwanted noises or feelings through the pedal when you change gear.

mine has now been fitted for a little over a week and ive done around 300 miles with no issues whatsoever

the car feels much more responsive and my mpg has gone up bonus !

there are many bad reviews on techniclutch but there are more good reviews so i took the gamble and it paid off

i paid £135 for the full clutch kit and the flywheel bargain !

Techniclutch have a terrible namewhich is mainly because their "uprated" stuff is just painted red rather than being actually uprated.

As I said in the other thread their branded stuff should be fine

yes frisco is right, a lot of stuff about them painting stock stuff, not a company i would choose to deal with, funnily enough, another mate of mine on here (an established member too, so i trust his opinion) fitted a tecniclutch kit, and is now having issues...

eurocarparts do a genuine sachs kit iirc, have the part number somewhere..

also can order the parts from vag/tps

How about their standard branded stuff? Surely a Luk clutch is a Luk clutch? Mine is nearing 150k on the original clutch and the bite is getting a bit high and a stage 1 map is on the horizon!

Yeah that the way I look at it. They are a front for a fairly big distributor and they have no problems actually supplying the stuff so if it's a branded part it should be fine

And yes I am having trouble with clutch judder. Going against my own normal high standards I bowed down to getting a uprated clutch and G60 SMF, from those guys(money tight at the time). Less than 6 months later it is juddering and i can hardly pull away without dipping clutch and re applying. I first thought Dogbone mount or even gearbox mount but replaced those.

As I am going for a LSD and maybe get a spare box to fit up i will bite bullet and replace before it goes bang.

But be warned folks,

I would imagine the OEM stuff they sell is ok as not made by them but anyone selling carp goods , you have to wonder on what you are getting for your hard earned dosh.

Most folks will only replace clutch and Flywheel once so pay wisely and don't end up needing to do it again on a cheap purchase on rubbish like I did.

P.S any one have a spare box or LSD going, dosh waiting...

Bowders might have a spare box possible wil let you know next week if it comes off ;-)
