Bluetooth/Handsfree kit

Featured Replies

As mentioned in another thread, I am in the process of buying a Mk II Octy vRS which has the standard cd/radio installed. My current Seat Altea has the bluetooth option fitted, so when the car is part-exchanged I will be without a bluetooth connection. I am looking at purchasing a cheap (less than £30 ish) after-market blue-tooth/handsfree kit to go in the Octy.

Can anyone recommend any please ??

Remove the Bluetooth unit/loom/mic from your Altea and fit to your octavia ;) , you will need to find a Brisky member to enable your bluetooth in your octavia

Cheers JDR but I don't really want to spend that much....I don't spend a great deal of time in the car, and don't really use my mobile a lot, so was just looking at something a bit more basic.

dealer won't care or even notice if you pull out the BT kit before you trade the car - this is the cheapest option surely?

Thats what i would have thought.

I spent alot of money and time adding wheels and Genuine LED bmw lights to my old 5 series it looked amazing, went to agree a trade in the dealer couldnt stop drooling over it agree a deal

Went a week later to pick up the Octavia and the BMW looked to me crap lol, led lights were off wheels back to the 18's other little things removed not a word was mentioned.

It's only going to cost me about £2 to buy either of the above two on Fleabay...can't get much cheaper than that, and I won't have to rip my Altea's interior apart !!!

Reviews on both seem to be okay, but I was wondering if anyone has tried either ??
