Has Anyone 'Detailed' their Car?

Featured Replies

I've bought all the cleaning equipment to do it, but was wondering if anyone here had before/after shots after they did it themselves?

Curious to see what sort of results people have got!

Depends on what you have bought?

Great job!

Did having that done actually prevent the amount of dirt that sticks to the car or does it just make it much easier to clean?

what sort of price did you pay for that Octygone, if you don't mind me asking?

It really does help with both ...washing it the dirt fell off

It was a while ago and was somewhere around the £150 to £180 mark....worth it though as the car sold easily and for a better price later on

That looks great. I too would be interested to know how much that would cost. Could quite fancy treating my vRS

EDIT. Answered in time it took me to type!

Always amazing to see the results achieved from a proper detailing  but for me,working/living on a farm it would be pointless getting something like this done on mine. :'(

Any chance you can change your username? These sorts of questions are making me look bad!

The addition of a hyphen isn't enough of a distinction really....

 Steve I was thinking the same thing. Had to do a double take and check the post count

Tell me about it! I could show you a list of PMs from confused Briskodians, asking me about my different car :wonder:
