Hi guys my propa name is michael knight (hence the forum name) and i'm from washington in north east england. For those that dont know where it is, its between newcastle and sunderland. i have had my 2001 octavia vrs 6 weeks and love it. I had a 2001 ibiza cupra prior to this but my girlfriend had our 2nd baby and the ibiza was way too small for 2 kids so it got part ex'd for the octavia. anyway back to the octavia. Its pretty much standard at the minute and dont intend on doing much to it to be honest. The way it stands it has a k&n panel filter, led side lights, hi/lo hid kit and tinted windows. The cat is buggered too so i have bought a decat to put on over the next few weeks when it gets a bit warmer and hopefully getting it remapped in either april or may. Also i'v just had new disks pads and calipers put on the rear and the fronts were done not too long before i got the car. Since doing the rears i have had a problem develop but i'll start a thread about that.
