Apart from the boot being full of dog hair (mainly cleaned out now) and a problem that sometimes causes the drivers door not to lock/unlock with the remote, is running really nicely.

Any tips as to what could cause the intermittent problem with the drivers door lock?

Check none of the wires in the door hinge have split.

If they are all ok it will req a new drivers door lock.

Other clues are alarm going off randomly and door open beeper not sounding when door open.

Very common problem.

Best buying new as one from a breakers could go faulty not long after fitting..
