What a car! - vRS 147 DSG wagon

Featured Replies

I'll have a racing blue DSG in my driveway next week. The test drive was enough to put an end to my research. What an incredible performer, particularly given the price! You'd struggle to get a similar quality car for under $60K in Australia.

Just a quick question though. Is it worth actually getting the Mobile Device Interface (MDI)? Can't I just place an SD card in the slot and get as much music as I like?

Cheers

Hi and welcome aboard.

Yes you can. You can also plug almost anything into the AUX port and play that way. Burn an mp3 disc too. Even connect by Bluetooth and play the music off your phone. So many options I never bothered with the MDI .

I plug my s3 direct into the aux in in the jumbo box from the headphone socket on the phone. I subscribe to spotify premium so can play all of my synced tracks in the car.
